All the ways each country must bend over and bow down to the UN, once they sign the UN Arms Trade Treaty.

“On 2 April 2013, the General Assembly adopted the landmark Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), regulating the international trade in conventional arms, from small arms to battle tanks, combat aircraft and warships.

1. Establish and maintain a national control system of exports of ammunition fired, launched or delivered by the conventional arms listed.

2. Establish and maintain a national control system to regulate the export of parts and components … Articles 3 and 4

3. Establish and maintain a national control system, including a national control list, Article 5 .2 This should be applied to the broadest range of conventional arms. Article 5 .3

While no items are listed, could it be applied to private ownership? Why not include bows and arrows, sling shots, and BB guns?

4. Each State Party, pursuant to its national laws, shall provide its national control list to the Secretariat, which shall make it available to other States Parties. Article 5 .4 Yep, your name and information will be available to other countries!!

5. Have an effective and transparent national control system regulating the transfer of conventional arms. Article 5 .5 A national gun czar!

6. Shall designate one or more national points of contact to exchange information on matters related to the implementation of this Treaty. Article 5 .6 An international tattlers network!!!

7. A State Party shall not authorize any transfer of conventional arms, …. if the transfer would violate its obligations under measures adopted by the United Nations Security Council Article 6 .1 You can't do anything unless it follows U.N. laws! So, they now control all gun shipments in the world!

8. Article 7 covers Export and Export Assessment. In effect, the government and the U.N., in accordance with U.N., law, now regulate all export of guns and ammunition!!! U.S. law is no longer the supreme law in this matter!!

9. Article 9 covers shipments within the country. The government must regulate shipments through its territory in accordance with relevant international law. U.S. law is no longer the supreme law in this matter!! Let us bow to the Union!

10. Each State Party involved in the transfer of conventional arms …. shall seek to prevent the diversion of the transfer of conventional arms through its national control system, established in accordance with you guessed it – U.N. rules! Article 10.2

11. Each State Party shall submit annually to the Secretariat (U.N.) by 31 May a report for the preceding calendar year concerning authorized or actual exports and imports of conventional arms … Article 13

We (USA) are now reporting to the U.N.!!!!

12. States Parties are encouraged to facilitate international cooperation, including exchanging information on matters of mutual interest regarding the implementation and application of this Treaty Article 15.2 An international tattlers network to allow Big Brother to control you!!!

13. States Parties shall, afford one another the widest measure of assistance in investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings in relation to violations of national measures established pursuant to this Treaty. Article 15.5 Foreign inspectors to come and audit us??

14. … each State Party may seek assistance … Each State Party in a position to do so shall provide such assistance, upon request. Article 16.1 Looks like you have NO choice!!!

15. A voluntary trust fund shall be established by States Parties to assist requesting States Parties requiring international assistance to implement this Treaty. Each State Party is encouraged to contribute resources to the fund. Article 16.3

We get to fund other nations implementing gun control!!!

16. This Treaty shall be of unlimited duration. Article 24.1

17. Each State Party shall, in exercising its national sovereignty, have the right to withdraw from this Treaty..... Article 24.2 Does anyone seriously think that a country will really be allowed to pack up and leave the “community of brothers?”

So, there is the Short version of what we have to do if we sign this treaty. Now you know why I consider those senators mentioned yesterday, to be traitors to the United States.

Traitors in the Senate

We came four votes away from the U.S. Senate giving our Constitutional rights over to the United Nations! In a 53-46 vote (March 23, 2013), the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.

 The Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads:   "To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty."

The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. by mandating a national gun registry of all guns. This information was required to then be given to the U.N. as part of an inter-national gun registry for all guns and ammo worldwide. 

Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power!

Rules and Laws in the Land of the Free

I was talking to a friend from London who told me that there were sections of that city where police were not allowed to go!! The reason is that those neighborhoods have been declared to be under the control of a certain religion and the laws of that religion now supercede the laws of Great Britain!?! The reason they are allowed to get away with it is because they are legal immigrants. Well, they may have entered the country legally, but IMHO they are violating the law by keeping authorized police and other government agents out of their neighborhood!

WHAT???

That led to this rant about people who want to come to the United States:

No one is forced to come to this country (the United States)! Everyone has a choice to live here or some where else. It is for that reason that I state that when you came to this country, you agreed to live by the rules and laws of this country!!! I do not care where you come from, what your religion is, the way you did it in your home country, nor your feelings on “how things should be.” We set up this country the way WE wanted it, and you have no say whatsoever unless you are a citizen of the United States of America! Even then, you must convince the majority of the citizens that your way is the right way and have them repeal the constitution and set up a new government. Good luck with that, because there are many more of us than there are of you, and we will NEVER allow that to happen. Besides, you would need to compete against Emperor Obama for the privilege of destroying this country. He might even help you if you ask nicely.

There is NO such thing as a community in this country where policemen cannot enter! You cannot designate that only people of a certain religion can go into your neighborhood! Nor can you say that the law of your religion supercedes the laws of this country! If you think that way, then do not bother to come here!!! If you are here now and want to set up a zone where only people of [insert religion here] can go, then leave now! You cannot say that in this zone only the laws of [insert religion here] will be followed! If you want something like that, then buy your own country or island!

For those who are pacifists, you may want to quit reading now....

If you come to my country and declare your neighborhood to be under control of some religion and that your religious laws are mightier than U.S. law, then you had better hope that your God will protect you!!!  We will attempt a peaceful settlement where you poor, miserable, unhappy, and abused people during that time and you will be given the chance to leave our country. If you refuse to live by U.S. law, and do not leave, then we will send the police and the national guard to your neighborhood. You will be arrested, deported, and told to NEVER return!! 

For those of you smirking about the fact that you think we cannot enter your neighborhood because of some stupid barricade, then I hope you have enough gas masks for the entire population. Why? 

Because we will send in helicopters with tear gas or some other really obnoxious physical irritant, and sooner or later you will gladly leave. You will be greeted by guns and handcuffs because that is how we treat criminals and ungrateful immigrants in this country. If you survive the physical irritant attack then we could shut off your water, electricity, cable tv, garbage collection, and internet and lay seige to your neighborhood. I leave it to your imagination as to what comes next.
